Welcome to our Terms and Conditions! These boxes aren’t legally binding, you can use them as an aid for understanding the legal language.

Digital Products & Instant Access

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of The 3-Day Unstuck Experience™ and associated digital workbooks, audios, and video modules are final sale. This includes, but not limited to, all other digital products created and distributed by The Intuitive Sparkle™ and it's rightful owner.

Because these products are delivered via instant download and/or immediate digital access, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is complete. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to a refund.

Why No Refunds?

Unlike a physical product, digital assets cannot be "returned." Once you have accessed the materials, you have gained the full value of the intellectual property. We encourage you to review the sales page of the product thoroughly to ensure this program is the right fit for you before purchasing.

Future Multi-Week Courses & Coaching

For high-ticket or multi-week programs (such as our 6-week intensive courses), a separate refund policy will apply. These specific policies will be clearly outlined within the individual service agreement or on the specific sales page for those programs. If no such policy is stated for a specific digital product, the default "No Refund" policy, as read in the above sections, remains in effect.

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your files or if a link is broken, please contact us immediately at: hello@theintuitivesparkle.com. We are committed to ensuring you receive the content you purchased and will work with you to resolve any delivery issues within 24–48 hours.

Terms of Use

By purchasing this product, you agree to use it for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the contents of the Unstuck Experience™ or any other digital product, content or service from The Intuitive Sparkle™ is strictly prohibited and is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
